As part of Mobility No.1: Group mobility of learners and educators in Portugal, the training brought together 12 motivated professionals who not only enhanced their knowledge and skills but also created unforgettable memories and new connections.
Here is what some of the participants shared:
“The training in Madeira was an incredibly exciting and valuable experience that enriched my professional competencies, gave me new knowledge, skills, and inspiration. It strengthened my belief in improving my language skills and deepening my understanding of other nations and cultures, as a basis for better communication and sharing of good practices.”
— Desislava Dumanova
“I received valuable advice on how to manage stress, thanks to the shared experiences of all participants. I realized that this is a common challenge and that conflict situations are similar across our work environments. I found the discussions and resulting debates particularly engaging, especially as we tried to persuade each other during the case simulations we were presented with.”
— Srebra Ilchevska
“After the training in Funchal, Madeira, I returned home inspired and full of new ideas that I am already applying in my work! Sharing various practices and engaging in dialogue with like-minded people encourages us to rethink the standard approaches and to seek out alternative methods that we can successfully use in our schools.”
— Evgenia Trencheva
“Valuable knowledge and skills. Awe from the beauty around us, joy from the breathtaking views from the cliffs to the ocean. Gratitude for being part of a real-life fairy tale with wonderful people. Unforgettable!”
— Rositsa Stoeva
