Supporting Adult Learners through Innovative Training – a Project by Know and Can
Know and Can Ltd. is implementing an approved project dedicated to supporting adult learners through innovative and practice-oriented training, with a focus on three key target groups: educational professionals, people in disadvantaged situations, and low-skilled adults. The project is carried out with the financial support of the European Union through the Erasmus+ Programme and addresses the modern needs for upskilling, personal development, and social inclusion.
Main Objectives of the Project

To increase access to quality adult education, including for people facing social, economic, or educational difficulties.

To enhance the professional qualifications of educators working with adult learners.

To foster personal development and participation in the labour market by improving the basic and digital skills of low-skilled adults.

To promote the exchange of good practices and innovative approaches in adult education among partners from different European countries.
Project Activities
The project includes a variety of activities aimed at enhancing knowledge and competencies, such as:

Training modules and workshops on key topics like life skills, digital literacy, critical thinking, and lifelong learning.

Exchange of experience and study visits involving participants and organisations from other EU Member States.

Development of educational resources and materials that will remain available even after the project ends.

Individual counselling and support, aimed at increasing motivation for learning and finding employment.
Target Groups
The project is aimed at:

Adults with low education levels or without professional qualifications;

Unemployed individuals, including long-term unemployed;

People in disadvantaged social or economic situations;

Teachers and trainers working in the adult education sector who are seeking new teaching methods and tools.

In today’s world, where labour market changes are dynamic and technologies evolve rapidly, adult education is key to social inclusion, personal development, and economic independence.
